The Florida Panthers won't be lacking toughness next season.
Having already signed JF Jacques and George Parros, the Panthers announced on Monday they've agreed to terms with Andre Deveaux on a one-year, two-way deal worth $700,000.
Deveaux, 28, is a 6-foot-3, 220-pound center who — oddly enough — made headlines last year for this nasty check on his new Panthers teammate, Tomas Fleischmann:
