Former Miami Dolphins star Jason Taylor is facing a lawsuit from investment broker Eric Kim, who's seeking $1 million on claims that Taylor damaged his reputation and another $15,000 in commissions for allegedly handling Taylor's financial matters.
Last year, Taylor sued Kim, claiming Kim scammed him out of $275,000. Kim denied any wrongdoing.
According to Kim's lawsuit, Taylor "begged" Kim to handle his finances due to "a history of colossal failures" in Taylor's investments. Kim told TMZ.com he agreed to do that and that Taylor then started to make profits. Kim said he advised Taylor to cash out, but Taylor didn't listen and began "trashing" Kim and telling people Kim "stole from me." Kim alleges Taylor never paid him for his services.
