If Jayron Hosley wanted to high-step more in the Giants' locker room, that would have been hard.
The Giants' impressive rookie cornerback delivered the night's most dynamic play in his team's 26-3 romp over the Jets at MetLife Stadium, intercepting Mark Sanchez and scampering down the sidelines for a 77-yard second-quarter pick-six. Hosley high-stepped the final few yards of his jaunt for good measure.
But Hosley's right foot was, surprisingly, in a postgame boot.
The third-round pick out of Virginia Tech said he wasn't sure when he hurt the foot or how he hurt it, nor was he sure of what the "hurt" actually was. He's due for tests today, which is alarming for the Giants, who called it an injury to his foot/toe.
