When it comes to Alexander Radulov and decisions, there are several barriers and codes to break. It's not like he's LeBron James, who announced his choice to leave the Cleveland Cavaliers on a highly publicized television show.
With Radulov, it involves two leagues and two languages. According to a report Izvestiya, Radulov's Russian agent, Yuri Nikolaev, implied that Radulov is seeking a return to the Kontinental Hockey League next season with CSKA.
"We are negotiating with CSKA about a personal contract," Dmitry Chesnokov of Yahoo! translates. "However we are not in CSKA yet; there are matters we have to discuss with the club's general managers."
