Shane Doan's destination for the 2012-13 NHL season has been one of the great mysteries this off-season.
One of the biggest names left on the market, reports on Doan throughout the entire free agency period have indicated different things.
Doan said he wanted to stay in the Western Conference, but then he reportedly visited New York and Philadelphia. Reports said he desired four years, $30 million, but prior to that, a source said an Eastern Conference team offered him that identical deal, but he obviously did not accept.
