After being pummeled for two straight nights by Toronto's long-ball-hitting lineup, the Milwaukee Brewers struck back Wednesday afternoon.
Tying a season high by bashing four of their own home runs - including three in the second inning - the Brewers beat the Blue Jays, 8-3, at Miller Park to capture their second consecutive interleague series.
Corey Hart, Martin Maldonado and Carlos Gomez all went deep in that second inning off Toronto starter Joel Carreno, and Ryan Braun added his National League-leading 20th homer of the season in the seventh.
