Maybe last year, or two seasons ago as a rookie, Jacoby Ford would have carried a game like Monday's preseason opener with him for days. He was by no means happy with it - and made that clear Wednesday - but he also sounded ready to move on from what amounts to little more than an early hiccup.
Ford had two passes bounce off his hands in the game against the Dallas Cowboys and finished with no catches. He was the intended receiver on a deep throw from Carson Palmer that was intercepted, and he juggled a punt return, all of which made for a rough outing for a wide receiver who, by most accounts, is having a good camp.
