I did some graphics work for ZGS under the name Big Poppa... Sportszone also... Always wondered why those sites didnt just try to merge with bigger ones like this one or others... Then again i quite seeing this site as a sports site along time ago and most of those sites dont seem to be able to handle "mature" content, language, or lifes little messess...

There are a million and one sites that all do all types of merging with other sites. At one point I spent time on a couple, changed names 20 times. so dumb. This site has just been a constant.

Welcome! My uncle is a UCF grad, and I actually considered going to school there for awhile. Instead... I ended up at my local Eastern Michigan University.

Total bullshit if you ask me. Nobody answered my question about having one thread just for politics that could remain on the front page. I agree that I went overboard on posting threads, but I don't bitch when there are video game threads or questions indirectly asking how to get your gf to do anal.

If anything, I think the policy has decreased the number of posts. People would log-in just to comment in those threads and would stick around in others. Now, we have a front page that typically spans a few days.

The thing I always liked about this site is that people would let threads die by not commenting in them. SRM works in the same way Digg works. The front page or portal is determined by popularity. By removing Politics (and only Politics), you've lost that quality.

All I know is that the number of gotchas I have on Obama-bots would 404 this site.
