SURPRISE!!!!
We all knew this was coming. What's worse is that Foote is nursing a hip, Salei an eye, and that little pussy Leopold has something wrong with this head.
I was at the game when he allegedly pulled his groin. What a great game to be at. I had club level third row seats, so I could see the whole sheet while still being close. His second assist was vintage FORS.
They list him and Foote as day-to-day. Salei and Leopold are still being evaluated.
Wolski has been a nice addition since coming back from being a coach's decision scratch for a short time. Without Foote and Salei in the lineup, the Avs are back to being a soft team on the blue line.

Interesting that it would be a groin injury, too. Looks like he focused more on his ankle than other parts of his body, which is understandable and stupid at the same time. The Avalanche right now have to hope that it isn't an injury to the tendon, which is what Chris Clark of the Capitals has right now. He's played just one game since November 28th because of it.
