No we are not exaggerating how much he sucks. Sure J-Russ sucks, but look at Miler you know he has skill. Look at Chaz last year you knew he had talent. Look at Louis Murphy this year. He has the talent and has shown flashes with a horrible QB but DHB hasn't shown anything besides horrible hands

So the question I pose to you is: What do you guys do to improve apart from Al Davis dying? Do you slowly improve through the draft? Sign a few starting vetrans....and my god where do you start? Try for the franchise QB again...another WR (just avoid the Lions syndrome). My last question is just wondering what you think of your RB's? Run DMC ever going to stay healthy?
There is nothing that will improve this team other than Al dying. He literally decides everything. No owner has as much control over their team as Al and that will always be the case until he is dead. No point in wasting time with hypotheticals that won't happen.
