Want to see the new Cowboys Stadium? It'll cost you
ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) -- Fans concerned about affording to see a game or a show at the new $1.15 billion Cowboys Stadium in Arlington can still check out the place. For a fee.
Tours began Friday at the retractable-roof venue of the Dallas Cowboys, the same day as thousands of hopefuls for the Fox TV show "American Idol" showed up for auditions.
Stadium tours, at $15 for adults and $12 for children, will be conducted every half-hour and last up to 75 minutes.
The tour includes the high-tech scoreboard control room, the press box, the Cowboys locker room and limited field access. Copyright 2009 Associated Press. All rights reserved. This material may not be published, broadcast, rewritten, or redistributed.

I think that's cool. I wish more stadiums did that.
Trust me, nobody wants to see Qualcomm stadium in that level of detail, if they offered that their Charger fans might actually get so depressed they would start rooting for another team.

Thats for damn sure. For the most part that stadium is a piece of garbage. How do you only going to have one jumbotron that show the major plays and what not? There are two cool things about it, first the train that pulls up pretty close and two the flags they hang surrounding the stadium for each game.
Thank you! Thank you, remember to tip your wait staff and drive home safe...
Sorry, I had to. The voice of Dick Vermeil compelled me....

Cease and Desist! That response is reserved for fans of the Dallas Cowboys!
It's what we say when the Super Bowl-less Eagles dare to compare that fraud of a team to ours. Also, it is the source of endless moments of enjoyment for us when they attempt to devalue our trophy case by saying our trophies are old. I still wonder what brand of idiot compares something that was done by us 5 times albeit a long time ago, to something that they have never done once?

In all seriousness, I have no problem with the Cowboys charging the rabid fans who want a behind-the-scenes look at the stadium a small fee. I actually took a tour of Veterans Stadium when I was in elementary school... and boy that was a big shithole.
