I just saw that on ESPN news, its pretty suprising. I really think maybe the Edge - Surtain deal might be back on plus maybe an additional pick for the colts. I really think the Dolphins or Browns will try to trade down in the draft with either the cowboys or the vikings.

are you kidding me? not only Edgerrin James, but now Shaun Alexander could be on the trading block for less than a first round pick, and they both would like to play for Miami : http://www.palmbeachpost.com/dolphin...fins_0311.html

wait, this can't be right... Miami never gets lucky... there has to be a catch...

What James and Alexander are going for right now makes that Moss deal look like a steal!

I'd be happy with either one of them, but I think I would prefer to get Shaun, just because I remember watching him play for Bama, and it would be extremely awesome to see him in the teal and orange next fall. But we have to figure out how we're gonna afford either one of them, which could be more difficult than actually acquiring them.

How about the fact they wouldn't have a 2nd to offer?

did you read the article or are you being sarcastic? Neither James or Alexander are going to require giving up two first round picks... trading for them isn't the problem, it doesn't seem... paying them what they're asking for is the problem...

Indeed it does.

Minny fans can't be complaining now.

Granted Moss is on another level but these aren't bums being shopped for 2nd rounders.

I meant exactly what it said. If James or Alexander are going to get traded for 2nd round picks, what the Vikings got for Moss is looking pretty damn good (the 7th pick and a starting LB)

Differant positions but I would hardly say he is on another level. Both players produce more offense and both players aren't nut cases.

ok, my bad... it sounded very much like you were saying that Moss was a steal for what Alexander and Edge were going for... sorry for the misinterpretation
