Just cause I watch the WNBA doesnt mean that womens sports is all I watch. Like I said before, I felt the same way other did till I watched it, now Im hooked. I think its waaay better than the MNBA!
I also race Motocross which is primarily a mens sport. I have won many race and championships in the B and C classes and its an extremely tough sport! But I also watch the the pro WMA (Womens Motocross Association) and these girls rip! I got mad respect for them! A few of the top chicks would even smoke me.

Your defense of women's basketball is admirable, but when you put down the Spurs as part of your argument, it puts your whole stance in jeopardy. It would have been better if you targeted a NBA team that doesn't promote teamwork, instead you just sound foolish. The Spurs are true basketball. Just remember, the WNBA is still just a tax write-off for the NBA and it makes them look good. Even the NBADL is better ball and makes more money.

I don't know. i doubt it would be a trouncing. i think it is funny the Spurs are brought up because that is probably the one team the women would have the hardest time with. The spurs are not the greatest talent wise but are very technically sound.
A WNBA team vs an NBA team would be like watching the first round of March madness. the smaller schools usualy play a better team game and every now and the they take down the more talented big schools.

A Men's team might beat a really good WNBA team, but it would only be because of their height. They do not play the game better than the women. I think if you made some concessions like no dunking or something to offset the height advantages of the MNBA big men...

i hope you're saying that just for the sake of arguing because that is ridiculous. first off dunking is a major part of the game. and if you are going to say that women are more fundamentally sound... there are plenty of men who are fundamentally sound but they dont have to be because they can jump 40 inches. plus they play a much more physical game. women also shoot from like a high school three point line... if you implemented that into the game you could have some of the highest scoring games in NBA history because most players can shoot from that range. ive pretty much stayed out of this discussion up to this point but i think it is insane that people are actually arguing that wnba is a better game.
