Ok, so I haven't been around in a really long time, and the first thing I see is a WNBA Fantasy Draft thread WTF??!? It gets better, I read part of it and find that two idiots are trying to compare it to men's basketball and say its a better " pure" sport. I have come to the conclusion everyone is being fooled by one bored poster or we have two flaming faggots on our hands
Altough I agree that Taurasi or Bird couldnt replace Fisher, I do think everyone would be suprised at what Candace Parker could do in the MNBA!
she would get so absolutely raped in the NBA that she would have to wear a diaper for the rest of her life... are you under the impression that she could play with oh lets say Scalabrine? she would get worked so hard by Scalabrine ... but thats not fair because hes much bigger so lets find someone 6'4... how about Joe Crawford from Kentucky... 3rd to last pick in the draft at 6'5... she would be lucky to score to 5 in a game to 21 against him..
As a man, I personally believe that if you will willfully choose to watch a women's version of something over the men's version, you should have to turn in your man card and donate your man parts to science, because god knows you don't deserve them.

Whatever dude, Candace is a scoring machine. She even dropped 40 last night against the Comets! She was off the chain, 40 pts/16 boards/5 blocks/ 6 assists. There are even some MNBA players that couldnt match that againt the Comets!

Well, as Mesa has said, you all will be force fed more of the WNBA. Right now ESPN has live games on Tuesday nights and later this season or next year they are gonna do 2 nights a week cause of the already good ratings they have had. Cable companies now have the WNBA League Pass package and TNT is in talks about having games televised on thier network as well. Its not like nobody isnt tuning into the games, alot of peeps are watching it! So when you get upset about seeing more games on TV and more highlights on SportsCenter, all I got to say is "Get used to it!!"
