Im hearing Wagner is coming back to philly as of now. And even he wont improve the mets that much. This is wayyyyyy to early to even try thisl

New York 0-162 | You know what swift... If the Jays pick up a 2nd starter to go with Halladay I really think you've hit the nail on the head with the AL East. I also think that the resigning of Matsui will enable the Yankee$ to win at least 2gms early on.

Wells, Hillenbrand, Zaun, Hinske, Hudson, Halladay, Chacin, Towers, Batista...they're all real live ball players.

Rep Power: 13 | | That Rockies record was pretty damn funny swift. I am also not sure they will win that many. I also love how the Mets have miraculously taken down the Braves yet again in the offseason. This is the 6th straight off season where the Braves have lost the East after winning the East.

Rep Power: 20 | | Besides the fact that FA haven't signed yet, the trades haven't gone down, and we're about 3 months before it would even be reasonable to have this thread, your picks are also impossible. You have more wins than losses. I don't know about you, but where I come from for every winner there is also a loser.

That's the season that really matters, folks. | I predict in 2012 The Tampa Bay Devil Rays will win their third consecutive world series title, but by then they won't be the Tampa Bay Devil Rays anymore; they'll be the Los Vegas Loansharks. With the win, BJ Surhoff locks up his fourth Manager of the Year award in 5 years.
Roger Clemens will win his 12th Cy Young award thanks to his bionic arm implants.
Jay Gibbons, Jeff Franceur, and Brian Roberts will all have terrific comeback seasons after serving their "lifetime" bans for steroids and petitioning for reinstatement.
The Rum Club, a popular tourist destination in Aruba and the pride and joy of Sidney Ponson's pathetic life, will "mysteriously" burn down following a very public brawl between Ponson and a member of Congress.
Billy Martin, resurrected in early spring to skipper the Bronx Bombers, will be once again fired by George Steinbrenner after failing to defeat the Los Vegas Loansharks in the ALCS. Steinbrenner promptly sells the team and invests all of the proceeds in a Broadway play.
The New York Post reports Derek Jeter has a new love interest: has-been actor George Clooney.
Barry Bonds Jr., the only active african american in the game, wins rookie of the year. Upon hearing the news the young Bonds states, "that figures. The undercurrents of racism in this game will never die out. Wait- did you say I won?"
Former President George W. Bush is named Commissioner of Baseball. He promptly declares war on the NHL.

Rep Power: 23 | | Great stuff, swift. Perhaps your best to date.
A few questions for you to throw at that ever-so-detailed magic 8-ball:
What of Bud Selig? Back to used cars? Proctological practice-dummy at the Helen Keller Medical School for the Blind? President of the U.S.?
The Braves? 23rd straight Division Title, while the World Series drought reaches 17 years? Still fighting the "Curse of Leo Mazzone" to get back to the post-season?
Will Victor Conte's "Juice League" have taken off by then? Perhaps with a logo of Canseco busting out of his jersey and handcuffs a la Incredible Hulk?
