A fly buzzing around Barack Obama met its end yesterday with one hard slap of the presidential hand.
During a White House television interview with CNBC's John Harwood, the president tried shooing the fly away, saying, "Hey! Get out of here."
Harwood offered, "That's the most persistent fly I've ever seen."
Obama paused for a moment, seeming to study the fly's flight path, and then he suddenly slapped his right hand down on his left. The fly had bugged its last commander in chief.
"Nice!" Harwood said to the sounds of a few claps in the background.
"Now, where were we?" Obama said with a touch of nonchalance.
"That was pretty impressive, wasn't it?" Obama added. "I got it. I got the sucker."
Obama appeared to kick the fly away and gestured to the camera to zoom down at the now still fly on the carpet. "You want to show that?" Obama said. "There it is."
...the animal rights organization has thrown some criticism at President Obama for his killing of a fly yesterday during a media interview with CNBC’s John Harwood. “That’s the most persistent fly I’ve ever seen,” Harwood said, just before the president slapped his hand like a ninja, killing the fly that fell on to the carpet. “Nice!” Harwood said. “That was pretty impressive, wasn’t it? I got it. I got the sucker,” Obama responded, asking the CNBC film crew to get a shot of the fly on the carpet.
PETA, however, was none too happy with Obama’s action. “He isn’t the Buddha, he’s a human being and human beings have a long way to go before they think before they act.”
Don't those idiots at PETA know that the White House is a No Fly zone?

Later in the interview, Obama held the fly and restored life.
HA HA HA!
"However," he explained, "to give life... I must take life. There must always be a balance." Elsewhere, a dried withered husk resembling David Blaine was found.
But where is the republican outrage?
Normally the GOP is right there with swift condemnation when the President does something. I guess it's ok because he used his Right to bang against his Left...

He's been using his right to bang the Right too much.
I think we can all agree that PETA is a fucking joke.
You gotta admit though... they have their moments... splashing red paint on the likes os Paris Hilton or whoever they got... and their Eva Mendez advertisement. But I will agree for the most part they are a tad bit crazy... I can understand them being upset and protesting the likes of Mike, Vick, KFC, etc. but some of their shit is off the wall... so I will drink to them being Loony.
