Yeah, J-Pass enters the league via the waiting list and then tries to ignore the waiting list when we consider passing teams on to new owners... not surprising.

If J-Pass wishes to quit the league, he is more than welcomed to announce his resignation now. If the teams on the wait list turn down the team, it would go to you, Living, as the 4th person on the wait list (I need to update it).
